What changed vs drive-template/external/

External chrome only — no account dropdown, drive switcher, or Start Meeting CTA. The recipient is not a logged-in FileTeam user, so the UI doesn't pretend they are.
Prominent "Download Complete Package" button right under the message — the old template buried this below the file list.
The sender's human message sits above the files in a warm yellow card, so the recipient reads it first instead of being dropped straight into a table.
File-type icons + Annotated / Signed chips so a non-technical recipient can tell at a glance what's in the package.
Verification panel surfaces chain-of-custody (sender, drive, hash, baked-in markup) — the old template hid this.
Expiration date is visible up front in the hero, not buried in the email or footer.
Body text is 16px+ throughout — designed for 30–65 yo non-tech recipients, not SaaS engineers.
